each session is tailored to your individual needs and can include womb massage, abdominal therapy, rebozo bodywork, castor oil treatments or yoni steaming guidance depending on what feels supportive for you and your body.

sessions are offered in 1 hour or 2 hour treatments, allowing space for both focused support and deeper rest.

womb & abdominal massage

a gentle, restorative treatment focused on the belly, womb space, lower back and sacrum to support circulation, pelvic alignment, nervous system regulation and hormonal wellbeing.

rooted in traditional Mizan Therapy, this work supports reconnection with the body while helping to soften tension, stagnation and holding patterns within the abdomen and pelvis.

  • gentle abdominal and womb massage encourages circulation and uterine alignment to support greater connection with your menstrual cycle whilst addressing any misalignment which can cause menstrual pain & irregularity.

  • sessions may help support greater balance within the body for those experiencing hormonal or cyclical challenges such as PCOS, PMOS, painful periods, endometriosis, PMS or irregular cycles.

yoni steaming

yoni steaming or pelvic steaming is a traditional womb care practice used across many cultures to support cyclical wellbeing through the gentle warmth of herbal steam.

offered as a deeply restorative treatment session, this practice invites space for rest, slowing down and reconnection with this vital area of the body and ourselves.

the warmth of the steam and supportive herbs can help to encourage circulation and ease tension or stagnation within the pelvic area and womb space.

steaming offers a tender and gentle support for menstrual cycle awareness, emotional wellbeing and to nurture relaxation through moments of transition such as postpartum or menopause.

many people experience yoni steaming as grounding, nourishing and a way to reconnect more intentionally with themselves and their cycles.

castor oil treatment

castor oil packs offer a deeply grounding and restorative treatment, using warm herbal-infused castor over the abdomen to improve circulation, reduced inflammation, aid liver detoxification and provide relief from discomfort related to your menses.

a castor oil treatment session may feel supportive for those experiencing digestive sluggishness, bloating, pelvic heaviness, painful periods or feelings of stagnation within the body.

receiving castor oil therapy as a treatment allows space for deeper rest and nervous system support, without the preparation and mess of practising at home.

each session is designed to help you slow down, settle into stillness and receive the nourishing benefits of this traditional practice in a calm and held space.

rebozo massage

rebozo bodywork uses traditional woven cloth techniques to gently hold, rock and support the body.

this deeply nurturing practice can help create a sense of containment, grounding and nervous system regulation, particularly during times of transition, such as menopause, or when feeling emotional overwhelm, disconnection or uncertainty.

this gentle 2 hour session includes a full body massage with rebozo cloth, and abdominal womb massage with selected aromatherapy oils and floral waters.

my womb wellness sessions are intended to offer more than physical support alone. this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and receive care in a way that feels grounding, nourishing and restorative.

it is my intention that you leave feeling softer within yourself, more connected to your body, to your cycles and that you found meaningful support for whichever season you are moving through.

what to expect during a session?

each session begins with time to gently explore what is bringing you to the treatment and how you are feeling within your body, cycles and overall wellbeing. this allows space for your treatment to be tailored to your individual needs and comfort on the day.

choose your preferred treatment when booking, whether that is womb massage, yoni steaming, castor oil therapy or rebozo massage, with each session held in a calm and nurturing space designed to support rest, softness and reconnection.

ongoing consent, communication and comfort are at the centre of every session.

common questions

  • i offer treatments at The Old Pump House, Buckland Park Lake, Betchworth RH3 7FE

  • it is advised to avoid abdominal massage during active bleeding and after ovulation if you are trying to conceive or if you think you may be pregnant.

    at all other times, treatments can offer gentle support throughout the different phases of your cycle.

    if you are unsure about timing or what may feel most supportive for your body, you are always welcome to get in touch before booking.

  • there are certain times when abdominal massage and pelvic steaming may need to be adapted or avoided, including;

    • during active bleeding

    • pregnancy

    • immediately after ovulation when trying to conceive

    • after recent abdominal surgery

    • an IUD coil in place

    • a current vaginal infection, such as thrush or fungal infection

    if you have any current prolapse or abdominal separation, please let me know upon booking so that treatments can be adapted to your needs.

    Your wellbeing and safety are always prioritised, which is why we will explore your health history and current circumstances before treatment to ensure the session feels appropriate and supportive for your body.
