menopause pathways

a womb-centred journey supporting you through the physical, emotional, and energetic transition of perimenopause and menopause.

a time to slow down, listen more closely, and meet yourself with care as you move through change.

menopause is a threshold of change. a time when the body begins to shift its rhythms, priorities, and internal landscape. rather than something to move through or manage, it can be met as a transition that asks for attention, care, and a different kind of listening.

menopause pathways offers a space to soften into this change, supporting your body through traditional womb-centred care, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation as you navigate this unfolding phase of life.

this is a transition, not an ending.
your body is asking for a different kind of listening.

perimenopause and menopause are not a single moment, but a gradual unfolding.

sessions allow support that responds to your changing needs, creating space for regulation, rest and emotional grounding.

this work is grounded in traditional womb centred bodywork as a way of coming into relationship with the body during times of change. through gentle abdominal massage, warming practices, and somatic support, the body is given space to soften, release holding patterns, and return to a more embodied state of awareness.

this approach invites experience through the body itself, nurturing self connection, trust and a felt sense of being present within yourself.

"i have never been so open about my journey of womanhood, as i was with you, and i felt seen and supported all the way.
you have a beautifully calm presence and that allows for deep healing to take place."

menopause pathway sessions

a three-session container held over time, offering space to support your body through the changing rhythms of perimenopause and menopause. each session meets you where you are, allowing the work to unfold gradually through listening, regulation, and embodied support.

my practice is rooted in traditional mizan therapy and abdominal massage, supporting the body through gentle womb-centred care during perimenopause and menopause transition. together with somatic womb therapy, this approach supports regulation, grounding, and connection as the body moves through change.

session one ~ listening

a foundational session exploring what is shifting in your body, cycle, and lived experience.

we begin by gently attuning to your current symptoms, sensations, and emotional landscape, creating space to better understand how this transition is showing up for you physically and energetically.

includes:

  • full abdominal womb massage

session two ~ understanding

a session focused on regulation, nourishment, and supporting the nervous system through change.

we work with the body to ease tension, support grounding, and create space for steadiness as your internal rhythms shift and recalibrate.

may include:

  • abdominal massage

  • somatic therapy and nervous system regulation

  • castor oil therapy

session three ~ integrating

a closing session to support reflection, integration, and a new relationship with your changing body.

this session focuses on what has shifted through the work together, supporting you to embody a sense of grounding, acceptance, and connection as you move forward in this new phase.

may include:

  • abdominal massage

  • yoni steaming (where appropriate)

  • rebozo closing

  • personalised self-care practices

each session is slow, supportive, and guided by consent, allowing your body to lead the pace of the work as it unfolds over time.

how this journey is held

this phase of life often asks for a different relationship with time, energy, and the body itself. the familiar rhythms of the menstrual cycle may begin to change, inviting a softer and more responsive way of listening.

sessions are held with flexibility and intention, allowing the work to adapt to your symptoms, energy, and emotional landscape as they shift over time.

rather than following a fixed structure, we work with your changing rhythm, supporting you to meet this transition with greater awareness, steadiness, and self-trust.

intentional bodywork

your menopause pathways sessions integrate therapeutic bodywork, which can include;

  • womb and abdominal massage

  • lower back and sacral support

  • rebozo bodywork

  • castor oil therapy where appropriate

  • pelvic steaming

  • womb wrapping

  • somatic therapy

  • guided relaxation

  • aromatherapy oils & floral waters

each session is tailored to your needs and where you find yourself on the day.

sessions are held at The Old Pumphouse @ Buckland Park Lake, between Dorking & Reigate, Surrey
