Enjoy Somatic Womb Practice, Soundbath, Floral Water Release Ritual & Guided Yoga Nidra
What To Expect
Somatic Womb Practice & Water Release Ritual
Held by Emma, you will be guided through a somatic womb practice to make an embodied connection with your womb, to gently explore the stories & wisdom that you hold within.
A beautiful, water ritual where you will create a floral water, with the intention of releasing any stories that no longer serve you on your pathway through menopause.
Yoga Nidra
Soundbath
Facilitated by Shirley of Soundcalm, enjoy a beautiful yoga nidra to guide you into a calm, meditative state where you can engage with the felt sense of your menopause experience.
We end the afternoon with an intimate soundbath to soothe & invite rest into the body, through the soundscape of water, the vessel of menopause.
Tranquil Setting
Self Care Gifts
Enjoy 3 hours within the beautiful setting of White Eagle Lodge, Liss, Hampshire. This is a stunning & peaceful place that provides the perfect setting to feel held, reblanced & rested.
Take home a curated gift box with herbal self care items & special elements so that you can extend your practice & reflections at home.
We dreamt up this day with the hope to create a space where we can remember, together, the importance of holding one another through the potent life transition of menopause. A time to reflect, celebrate & honour one another, no matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome.
If you have any questions, or special requirements for the day, please feel free to reach out to us ~ send us an email!
~ Much love, Emma & Shirley
