my approach

my approach is rooted in somatic womb work, cyclical living and the understanding that the body holds deep wisdom. i see the body as a being shaped by experience, cycles and change, and support reconnection through gentle, intuitive bodywork.

i work with people moving through life’s transitions, honouring the connection between the womb, nervous system and emotional wellbeing as they shift through menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond.

my intention is to create a space where you can slow down, soften and return to balance.

a space where you can be held and gently return to yourself

why womb health matters for hormonal and emotional wellbeing

in modern life, many of us have become disconnected from the natural rhythms of our bodies. through constant doing, stress, and lack of rest, it can become difficult to hear what the body is asking for or to feel fully supported through life’s transitions that we must move through.

this disconnection often shows up physically and emotionally as tension, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, or a general sense of not living in alignment with our true selves.

key life transitions such as menstruation, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and menopause can feel especially overwhelming without the space to slow down and be held.

my work is a response to the disconnection we are embodying

through somatic womb work, cyclical bodywork and Mizan Therapy, i offer a space where you can reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and restore a sense of balance, presence and ease.

i hold a space for you to be met with care, to soften the weight you may be holding, and to remember that your body is not something to fix, but a part of ourself that is calling to be listened to.

the heart of my work

my work is guided by key principles that shape each session and the space i hold for you. these are my foundations that are rooted in presence, care and deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence.

somatic awareness

i respond to the body as a whole system, the physical, emotional and energetic; to allow space for what is present in the moment.

cyclical living

i honour the natural rhythms of the body as they reflect the rhythms of nature, recognising life’s phases as a meaningful transitions.

womb~centred care

the womb is a centre of connection, intuition and balance, and is gently supported through abdominal and body-based work where needed.

gentle intuitive touch

i work with sensitivity and presence, allowing the body to guide the pace and depth of each treatment.

nervous system support

each session is designed to support rest, regulation and a sense of safety within the body.

how i work

each session will be guided by what you need in the moment, rather than a fixed routine, allowing space for your body to lead the pace and depth of the work.

i hold each treatment as a gentle, responsive space where you can slow down, soften and return to balance. this may include supporting the nervous system, easing physical tension, and creating space for rest, reconnection and regulation..

a session may include elements of Mizan Therapy, womb massage, abdominal massage, rebozo bodywork, somatic womb work, pelvic steaming, closing the bones and lifestyle suggestions including herbal support, aromatherapy and self massage techniques. these approaches are woven together intuitively to support your body through cycles, transitions and periods of change.

  • intuitive, body-led sessions

  • nervous system-focused support

  • gentle, responsive touch

  • creating safety and rest

  • adapting to life stage (pregnancy, postpartum, cycles, menopause)

what i hope you will gain from a session with me

my intention is that each session offers a space where you can soften, slow down and come back into balance. i hope you leave feeling more connected to your body, supported in your nervous system, and able to rest more deeply within yourself.

how i hold care

i believe care is something we all deserve to receive, not only in moments of difficulty, but as an ongoing way of being supported and supporting ourselves through life’s cycles and transitions.

in a modern world that asks so much of us, i see rest, nourishment and cyclical living as essential rather than optional. my work feels like a response to this, offering space to others to slow down, reconnect and be cared for in a way that feels grounding and restorative.

i also believe we are not meant to move through life’s transitions alone. being witnessed, held and honoured with care and loving attention can create space for deep reconnection with ourselves and with how we live our life.

about me

i am a practitioner of somatic womb work, Mizan Therapy and holistic bodywork, with a focus on supporting women through cycles, pregnancy, postpartum and life transitions.

my work has been shaped by traditional womb centred practices, alongside a deep interest in the relationship between the body, nervous system and emotional wellbeing.

i have a deep connection to plant medicine and folk herbalism, which continues to shape and inform my work. my passion for living in rhythm with nature and the seasons, and honouring the gifts of the earth as a vital part of our health and wellbeing is gently woven into my work in grounded and accessible ways.

i began supporting women in 2018 and over this time, my practice has evolved into a gentle, intuitive approach that honours the body’s natural intelligence and capacity to restore balance when given space and support.

i aim to hold a grounded and nurturing space for clients to slow down, reconnect and feel supported through each stage of their journey.

if my approach resonates with you, you are warmly invited to explore my treatments, to find the support that feels right for you and please reach out to me if you have any questions or thoughts.
