nurturing fertility

supporting womb health, cycle awareness and emotional wellbeing as you prepare for conception

our fertility is deeply connected to physical, emotional and nervous system wellbeing

the journey towards conception is often about more than fertility alone. it can also be an invitation to deepen your connection with your body, your cycle, and the rhythms that support your wellbeing.

through womb-centred care, somatic awareness, and traditional practices, these sessions offer space to slow down, listen, and cultivate a sense of nourishment and trust during this important phase of life.

nurturing fertility offers a space to reconnect with your body, support hormonal balance and create grounding and preparation for conception.

when the body feels safe and supported, it can be more able to soften, regulate and open into fertility

the path to conception is often not linear. this can be a season of deep listening, where your body asks for warmth, presence, and care rather than urgency or outcome.

regular sessions of traditional womb centred practices, including abdominal womb massage and gentle warming therapies, offer ongoing support that works with your cycle and nervous system, encouraging regulation, balance, and a deeper sense of connection as you prepare for conception.

emma really helped me on my fertility journey. she is knowledgeable, and empathetic and goes above and beyond the service. emma's womb massages were just what my body was crying out for and really allowed me to relax and feel hopeful about my fertility journey. her Womb Wellness recipes and booklet on nutrition, self-care practices, essential oils, and meditations as well as videos showing me how to self-massage were extremely helpful too. emma is a gentle soul who gives generously and with compassion leaving you feeling more empowered along what can be a very tough journey

this journey supports you in returning to your body, softening into your natural rhythms, and building a more connected relationship with your ovulation cycle over time.

nurturing fertility sessions can support you to;

  • reconnect with your cycle and body rhythms

  • support nervous system regulation and emotional balance

  • create space for preparation and receptivity

  • develop awareness of cyclical patterns

returning to your body

nurturing fertility sessions

a three-session womb centred journey supporting connection with your cycle, reproductive wellbeing, and preparation for conception.

my practice is rooted in traditional mizan therapy and abdominal massage, supporting the body through gentle womb-centred care as you prepare for conception. together with somatic womb therapy, this approach honours the connection between the womb, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing, creating space for regulation, grounding, and a more connected relationship with your body during this time.

how this journey is held

this work is gently shaped by your cycle.

where possible, sessions are ideally held in the follicular phase (after menstruation and before ovulation), when the body is naturally more receptive to womb-centred and abdominal work. this rhythm supports both the physiological cycle and the depth of the process over time.

this structure helps maintain continuity and allows the work to unfold with greater ease and coherence.

at the same time, this is not a rigid framework. we will always adapt timing to your cycle, capacity, and lived experience.

intentional bodywork

your nurturing fertility sessions integrated therapeutic bodywork which can include;

  • womb and abdominal massage

  • lower back and sacral support

  • rebozo bodywork

  • castor oil therapy where appropriate

  • pelvic steaming

  • womb wrapping

  • somatic therapy

  • guided relaxation

  • aromatherapy oils & floral waters

each session is tailored to your needs and the phase of your cycle.

  • during your treatment you will be covered with sheets and blankets at all times to ensure you feel warm, comfortable, and secure throughout the massage.

for your upper body, you may choose to remove clothing or keep on a loose, comfortable top, whatever helps you feel most relaxed and at ease.

  • where possible, it is ideal to begin your first session during your follicular phase (after menstruation and before ovulation).

  • sessions are ideally spaced within the follicular phase where possible, to support continuity and alignment with your cycle. typically, this may look like sessions taking place over consecutive cycles or within a few weeks depending on your cycle length and availability.
