orders & delivery

all orders will be delivered via royal mail second class postal service in order to include free delivery on all orders. – allow 10-14 working days from date of order.

all items are made to order & we aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but must allow 10-14 working days from the date of order for all uk mainland orders. all international orders will be sent via royal mail international tracked service, allowing 14-21 working days for delivery.
if your delivery is urgent, or you have any specific requests or questions – please do get in touch with us at emma@namamama.uk and will endeavour to help if we can.

Nama Mama is not responsible in any way for incorrect data such as spelling errors and incorrect address details, that you have input into our system.

returns

if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at emma@namamama.uk, quoting your order number & details & the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

if there is damage or fault with the contents of your order we require photographic evidence to be sent via email and will endeavour to replace these items within an agreed time.

if you wish to exchange or return your order you may do so within 14 working days of receipt of your order, having notified nama mama in advance of your return. all goods must be returned via recorded delivery at a cost to you, delivery charges are not refundable & £3 will be deducted from the order total to cover postal charges. we will endeavour to exchange or refund within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

in addition to our returns policy you do have the legal right to cancel your order, providing the order has not been despatched. you will receive a notification to inform you when your parcel has been despatched. if you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of the goods please contact via email emma@namamama.uk

if you have received your goods as a gift, we do not offer refunds.

your statutory rights are not affected.

payment

you may pay for items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card or details on the secure online order form or via Paypal or via square billing & invoice notification. we regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online.

we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with nama mama via email. accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us with when placing an order.

events beyond our reasonable control

we will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
