rituals of relaxation: connect & release

pregnancy relaxation sessions run for 5 weeks, with each block threading the themes of connection and release.

connect

connect sessions will hold a space for you to feel into yourself & your changing pregnant body

each session will build & nurture the intuition for your birth with a weekly breathwork practice & an extended guided meditation.

we will explore a topic each week around the theme of connection, including;

  • wombspace meditation

  • body perception

  • self care during pregnancy

  • oxytocin boosters for birth

starts: april 21st for 5 weeks up to 19th may

friday evening relaxation sessions; 6.30pm-8pm

release

[rɪˈliːs]; verb: [to allow movement; to flow freely; the action or process of releasing; to set free]

release sessions offer a place to acknowledge physical & emotional tension, with an invitation for you to allow yourself to let go;

each week includes breathwork practice & an extended guided meditation.

we will explore a topic each week around the theme of release, including;

  • acknowledge negative thought patterns

  • nurturing self compassion during pregnancy

  • grounding techniques for birth

  • gentle guided fear release

starts: june 9th for 5 weeks up to 7th july

friday evening relaxation sessions; 6.30pm-8pm

cost; £75

 

what can you expect?

sessions are held on a friday early evening, the perfect way to close your week and make space for yourself & your baby before the weekend.

join me in comfy clothes (slippers very welcome!), bring a blanket, pillow, anything that will help you feel comfortable to fully relax. i will provide eye pillows, yoga mats, aromatherapy and a choice of herbal teas.

each week i’ll guide you through focused breathing techniques, mindfulness prompts & a beautiful hypnobirth guided relaxation. this gentle practice will help you to embrace & enjoy your pregnancy, whilst recognising any feelings or worries as you approach your birthing day.

whilst you enjoy a cup of tea we’ll chat through a different birth-related topic each week, & i will follow up with relevant resources plus an affirmation or two each week!

when you book you’ll receive a beautiful hypnobirth mp3 track & a printable pregnancy reflections journal.
