a booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and nama mama hypnobirthing reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. if the booking is not able to be fulfilled nama mama hypnobirthing will refund all monies. vat is not applicable.
cancellation:
nama mama hypnobirthing reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased prices. should nama mama hypnobirthing need to cancel part of a course, a refund will only be given for the part of the course not yet delivered minus the cost of course materials.
in the case of cancellation by a client, £150 is non-refundable for a full course & £75 for the mini workshop
however in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by me, you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date, i will refund your full course fee.

intellectual property:
any recordings or written material included as part of this course are the sole property of the little birth company and may not be used or copied other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission from the little birth company.
data protection:
the participant also agrees that nama mama hypnobirthing and the little birth company shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the data protection act 1998. you are able to view your individual file by giving not less than seven days written notice.

agreement:
any booking of a hypnobirthing class assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. in the event of a dispute, english law pertains.
