A rebirth is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect to your birth & even reclaim your birth experience. Within your own home, you can bring together all the little things that were important to you for your birth, but were, perhaps, taken out of your control.

Maybe you felt your birth was rushed, or took a turn that you weren’t expecting. You may feel like you couldn’t honour the choices you’d planned for, or maybe your baby came early & you didn’t feel fully prepared for the experience. You may be holding trauma, physically or emotionally & would welcome an opportunity to begin to heal.

The Rebirth Bath Box contains an Oat Milk Bath Bundle and Herbal Bath Tea pack, with natural herbs & bath flowers that are safe for both adults & babies too, so that you can explore skin to skin bonding with your baby during the rebirth. The box contains full instructions with support references printed reflection pages for you to write about your experience & feelings, if you wish.

Having support through your rebirth experience is really integral to be able to process your feelings fully and safely. You might like to call on your partner, parents, or a trusted friend to stay with you, help you by holding baby and ensuring you can rest further after your bath.
