postpartum restoration

restorative care to nourish, replenish and support your healing after birth

your postpartum is a golden opportunity for your health & wellbeing

the weeks and months following birth are a time of profound change. as you care for your baby, it can be easy to overlook the physical, emotional and energetic shifts taking place within your own body.

having support to prioritise your physical and emotional wellbeing, particularly in the golden month after birth, can help you feel held, nourished and supported as you heal, regain balance, and settle into life with your baby.

postpartum restoration sessions offer you a dedicated space, through your fourth trimester and beyond, to slow down, receive support and specialist bodywork to help you reconnect with yourself during this important transition.

birth opens the doorway into motherhood

in the weeks and months after birth, your body continues to heal, adapt and find its new rhythm. during this time, warmth, rest and nurturing touch can play an important role in supporting recovery.

traditional postpartum practices recognise the value of warming therapies, restorative bodywork and compassionate care after birth. each postpartum restoration session offers an opportunity to ease tension, soothe tired muscles, encourage circulation and hormonal balance, whilst holding space for rest and integration.

as you hold your baby through this transition, my sessions offer a space where you, too, can be held.

i wasn’t expecting to feel so much lighter and grounded afterwards. i felt supported and nurtured… it was a lovely, sensory experience.

postpartum restoration sessions

my practice is rooted in traditional mizan therapy and abdominal massage, supporting the body through gentle womb-centred care after birth. together with somatic womb therapy, this approach honours the connection between the womb, nervous system and emotional wellbeing, helping to restore balance physically, emotionally and energetically.
