this is a three session container held over time, allowing your experience to unfold gradually and in alignment with your cycle where possible.
session one – listening
a deeper foundation session exploring your cycle history, fertility intentions, and current relationship with your body, full abdominal womb massage treatment.
session two – nourishing
a session focused on regulation, emotional support, and creating balance within the nervous system and cycle. a bodywork treatment that aligns with your needs.
session three – trusting
a closing session to support integration, reflection, and continued connection with your body and cyclical rhythm. a bodywork treatment that aligns with your needs.
sessions are spaced to allow time for observation and reflection between appointments.

choose to pay in full or alternatively pay the deposit amount to confirm your booking, two additional instalment payments are required along your session pathway.
after booking, you will receive information to begin scheduling your sessions in alignment with your cycle where possible.
