this journey includes three 2-hour sessions:
session one – listening
a full exploration of your cycle history, symptoms, lifestyle, and intentions. this session includes somatic awareness and abdominal womb massage to support grounding and connection.
session two – mapping
we begin to identify patterns across your cycle, exploring how different phases affect your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
session three – integrating
a reflective and integrative session where we bring together insights and develop a personalised cyclical wellbeing approach moving forward.
sessions are spaced to allow time for observation and reflection between appointments.
