how it works
this journey includes four 2-hour sessions:
session one – listening (menstrual phase if applicable)
a grounding introduction to your cycle, your body, and your intentions for the work.
session two – emerging (follicular phase)
exploring energy, renewal, and what begins to shift after menstruation.
session three – expanding (ovulatory phase)
supporting embodiment, expression, and connection.
session four – attuning (luteal phase)
working with sensitivity, boundaries, and pre-menstrual awareness.
where possible, sessions are scheduled across different phases of your cycle. if your cycle is irregular or you are not currently menstruating, we will adapt the timing in a way that best supports your current rhythm.
