this is a three-session container held over time, supporting you through a process of change, reflection, and integration.
session one – listening
a foundation session exploring what is shifting physically, emotionally, and cyclically within your body, full abdominal womb massage treatment.
session two – understanding
a session focused on regulation, nourishment, and supporting your nervous system through transition. a bodywork treatment that aligns with your needs.
session three – integrating
a closing session supporting reflection, grounding, and a new relationship with your changing body and rhythm. a bodywork treatment that aligns with your needs.
sessions are spaced to allow time for observation and reflection between appointments.
