cyclical wellbeing
supporting cycle awareness, hormonal balance and connection with your natural rhythms.
your menstrual cycle is a reflection of your overall wellbeing
our cycle offers us insight into the body's changing needs throughout each month. as both a vital sign and a messenger, it can reveal where greater nourishment, rest, or support may be needed.
cyclical wellbeing sessions invite you into a deeper relationship with your body, helping you to understand its rhythms, honour its signals, and cultivate a more connected approach to health and self-care.
when you work with your cycle rather than against it, the body begins to soften and regulate
each phase of your cycle brings different physical and emotional needs. regular sessions can help you attune to these changes, supporting balance and reducing any symptoms you may experience with your cycle over time.
through traditional abdominal womb massage, somatic practice and complementary therapies, we create space to listen to the body's signals, release tension, and support the natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle. as awareness deepens, many women develop a greater sense of connection, understanding, and trust in their bodies.
“i feel i have come full circle and alchemised my trauma and emotions. emma is truly a beautiful light in this world and will beautifully guide you home to yourself”
cyclical wellbeing is offered in two different pathways which can be explored depending on the support you are seeking.
both pathways support a deeper relationship with your menstrual cycle and the wisdom it holds, one through the body, and one through awareness. each pathway brings a deepening connection with your cyclical nature that unfolds over time.
cyclical embodiment journey
a four-session bodywork journey through the menstrual cycle.
experience womb-centred bodywork through each phase of the cycle, exploring how your energy, emotions, and physical needs change throughout the month.
through traditional abdominal womb massage, mizan therapy and embodied care, each session offers an opportunity to connect more deeply with your body's natural rhythms.
ideal for those who:
want a deeper connection with their cycle
feel drawn to ongoing bodywork
wish to experience support through each phase of the month
value embodied learning and self-awareness
menstrual mapping
a three-session somatic and cyclical awareness journey.
understand the messages of your cycle through guided exploration, somatic inquiry, and personalised support.
together we identify patterns, explore symptoms, and develop a deeper understanding of how your cycle reflects your overall wellbeing.
ideal for those who:
experience PMS or cyclical symptoms
want to understand their cycle more deeply
feel disconnected from their body's signals
are looking for personalised cyclical wellbeing support
which pathway might feel right for you?
one pathway is designed to help you feel your cycle more deeply, the other to help you understand it more clearly. both pathways support a more connected relationship with your cyclical wellbeing. some women begin with one and return to the other at a different stage of their journey.
you may be drawn to cycle embodiment journey if you want to experience your cycle more fully through the body, receiving womb-centred bodywork and support across the different phases.
you may be drawn to menstrual mapping if you want to better understand your cycle, symptoms, and patterns through somatic reflection, guidance and personalised insight.
