firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for finding me!

i would love to help you on your hypnobirthing journey, whether that is through individual, private sessions or as part of a group class. the content and course duration will be the same, it’s your choice how you’d like to learn. below you will find information on the content of the different classes, please take some time to read through and just message me if you would like some further details or clarification. it is never too late to learn hypnobirth techniques, although the sooner you can start, the sooner you will reap the benefits of relaxation for your pregnancy. between 25 and 30 weeks is a great time to begin, however if you are unsure, please just drop me a line, i’ m very happy to talk this though. no matter how you envision your birth, be it home, hospital or midwife led unit, the tools and techniques you will learn through nama mama hypnobirthing classes can really help you achieve a calm and easy birth.

nama mama hypnobirthing group classes

group classes provide a relaxed space for you to prepare for your own, individual birthing journey, with the opportunity to meet local, like minded parents. the group will have just 3 couples, so there is plenty of time to discuss your own feelings and needs, whilst you can support, and be supported by others. group classes take place on evenings and weekends, comprising of 5 sessions, with overall 12.5 hours of comprehensive teaching. group classes are held in the meditation room of mayflower spa, 61 west street, dorking. situated in the heart of the antiques quarter, you can also take some time for yourself to enjoy a treatment or a wander through the town after the class finishes.

group package includes;

5 sessions with 12.5 hours of comprehensive teaching; a copy of HypnoBirthing 4th edition book by Marie Mongan; audio copy of guided Rainbow Relaxation & Birth Affirmations; nama mama birth & pregnancy handbook; aromatherapy pulse point roller.

£265 per couple

to book your place on the nama mama group course, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required with the remaining balance to be paid prior to the first session.

nama mama hypnobirthing individual classes

perhaps you are looking for some individual support or feel you may need some focus to work through any important feelings you may have around your upcoming birth. the individual sessions are perfect if you may need to tailor the class times around your work or childcare commitments, and we can also discuss spacing the sessions across the duration of your pregnancy, with a final session perhaps 2-3 weeks ahead of your birthing time to get you fully in the zone. i am able to work with you flexibly, within the course framework, to tailor the sessions to meet your needs perfectly. you will benefit from the same course format as the group sessions, 5 classes, held in the comfort of your own home.

at nama mama i aim to foster a sense of community around my classes and after birth, so that you can feel supported in your journey, you will of course have the opportunity to meet like-minded parents as you will be warmly invited to nama mama gatherings and events throughout the year.

individual package includes;
